Although we are the main agent and service centre for DVP in the UK, we also offer comprehensive support for industrial vacuum process equipment for all leading manufacturers.
As industrial vacuum pump specialists, we offer the following
- Service, repair or full refurbishment of all vacuum equipment at our site
- On site servicing throughout the UK and Europe
- Contracted servicing on a preventative maintenance basis, 6 monthly or annually dependent on your requirements
- Gauge and instrumentation calibration and repair
We have extensive and comprehensive knowledge and facilities and can re-machine or recover pump blocks, booster pump rotors and many other items. We can also rebuild capital plant and carry out upgrades to give improved performance all with ongoing support from experts with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience.
Vacuum Pump Hire equipment is usually available from our large stock of hire pumps, or service exchange is available to keep your vital plant or process equipment running whilst urgent repairs are being carried out.
Site service can be carried out at a fixed daily rate.
Items sent to our works are assessed and quoted free of charge.

Timely maintenance of your vacuum pump assets is essential to ensure optimum production efficiency with minimal downtime.
All major vacuum pump servicing is carried out at our Thornbury site, as we have the equipment in our workshop that includes a powerful garnet blaster and jet washing / steam cleaning facilities, providing exceptional metal component cleaning, degreasing and finishing.
Every pump sent to us is inspected totally free of charge prior to a fixed and firm quotation.
We have good faith in the standard and quality of our work and provide a full 3 month warranty on it.*
We can also offer an Annual Service Contract arrangement, providing routine inspection and interim servicing of vacuum pumps on site. Regular preventative maintenance is the best way to keep your production running smoothly.
